Our Vision: A Three-Phase Strategy for National Strength

Our Founder/Managing Director envisions a transformative three-phase strategy for our company's growth and contribution to national and global defence:

Phase One: Advanced Small Ammunition Manufacturing

In our initial phase, we are establishing a state-of-the-art small ammunition production unit. This self-funded project is guided by senior executives from international defence entities, veteran armed forces officers, and retired senior government officials. We will manufacture 5.56mm, 7.62mm, and 9mm ammunition meeting NATO and Russian standards for domestic forces and global export.

Phase Two: Small Arms Manufacturing

In the second phase, we will expand into small arms manufacturing through Joint Ventures and Technology Transfer (TOT) agreements with leading global manufacturers. By producing these arms locally in India under the 'Make in India' initiative, we will supply our forces and those of friendly nations, enhancing our contribution to regional security and national self-reliance.

Phase Three: Medium and Large Caliber Ammunition

The final phase involves manufacturing medium and large caliber ammunition, specifically 81mm and 155mm calibers. Given the high global demand and limited inventory for 155mm ammunition, our entry into this segment will address a critical strategic need worldwide, positioning Dhanush Defence as a key global supplier.
